Come and join us to support our Early Career Geologists as they compete for our Regional prize. The presenters have the chance to win the Richard Fox Shield and the following prizes in the TVRG 2023 Regional competition:
1st Place - Geological Society Special Publication, plus £100
2nd Place - £50
For the winner, there is also the opportunity to participate in the Geological Society national final, which is likely to be held in May 2024.
Who can participate in the competition?
Are you a Fellow of the Geological Society, not yet chartered and have no more than 10 years' post-graduate experience? If so, why not take the opportunity to showcase your work and career progression? If you live and/or work in the Thames Valley Regional Group (TVRG) area, start thinking about giving a short talk on your chosen topic.
