The friendly and professional team will work closely with you to tailor your menus to your exact specifications. They can also provide guidance on what works best in the space having a wealth of experience of the venue and guest flow.
Branding
We offer up to six stands, perfect for advertising your brand or event sponsors. Our digital screen in the foyer can also display company logos along with further branding options in the Lower Library and podium in the Lecture Theatre. All options can be discussed with your event manager in more detail.
Floristry
We have an approved florist, Amanda Austin Flowers who has a wealth of experience creating high impact floral arrangements in the space. As a Renowned Chelsea florist, AAF is recognised for the most exceptional seasonal flowers, whether they are for weddings, events, dinners or of course the most beautiful bouquets delivered daily throughout London. From supplying and installing all the internal planting at Cop 26 to a small Private dinner for 10, Amanda is here to help you style your Event. You are welcome to bring in your own florist subject to a site visit in advance of the event with your Event Manager.
Lighting, Photography and Entertainment
Enhance your event with tasteful lighting from Storm. The team at Storm are experienced, friendly and passionate technical production suppliers within the events industry. Services include Lighting, Audio, Video, Rigging & Staging.
Add some live entertainment and a talking point for your guests with Guest Artists who provide word class musical and production services for events of all kinds.
Ensure you don’t miss a key moment with multi-award winning photographer Noah Goodrich founder and Managing Director of twobytwo. Noah’s style is contemporary and vivid, he has a keen eye for beauty and loves to ensure that the essence of an event is captured down to the last drop.
Private Tours of The Geological Society
We are happy to arrange a private tour of our historical building for small groups upon request. Discover our two world class libraries, numerous historical artefacts and impressive ancient maps, all of which make The Geological Society so special.
