Get to know your Library at our monthly drop-in session.
If you have not visited the Library before, or would like a refresher, you are invited to attend our introductory sessions on the last Thursday of each month.
The sessions are open to Fellows (including Candidate and Junior Candidate Fellows) and employees of our Corporate Patron companies.
This is an opportunity for you to learn more about our services and collections, electronic resources and geological databases. Meet the Library team and find out how we can help with your research, be it for work, study or leisure.
Fellows and Candidate Fellows can of course visit the Library anytime (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm) and it is not essential to visit the Library in person in order to use your Library services – find out more on our Library services page or get in touch with the Library team.

Time
The drop-in session takes place between 12.00pm and 2.00pm. Tours last approximately 30 minutes, after which you are welcome to stay in the Library for as long as you wish, with staff available to answer any questions.
