Discover the secrets of one of Britain's greatest Geosites with local geologist Brian Young.
Learn about the geology of the Durham site, including the river banks, and the variety, sources and uses of stone within the Cathedral.
The talk lasts approximately 45 minutes and will be followed by tea/coffee, questions and a tour of Durham Cathedral.
Time: 1pm
