Nucleation* is a fundamental process crucial to a surprising array of different technological and everyday phenomena, from drug design to the formation of clouds.
This meeting will bring together the key players in the field, taking stock of the latest developments in experiment and simulation as well as addressing the most pressing challenges to be faced in the near future.
*Nucleation is the first step in crystallisation which helps to form the microstructure of rocks.
