The Institute of Civil Engineer's 8th Conference on Coastal Management will take place in September 2015 in the Netherlands, and will bring together engineers, scientists and coastal managers from around the world.

Call for Abstracts

ICE is seeking papers on top international coastal projects that offer practical learning, innovative and integrated solutions, and that encourage new ways of understanding and managing our coasts.  Papers are welcome on any topics capturing these themes, and in particular:

• Changing society, changing coast
• Integrating coastal science engineering and planning
• Coastal development and adaptation
• Our ability to change the coast
• Emerging requirements challenges and solutions
• Learning from the past to apply to the future
• Understanding change and dealing with uncertainty

Abstracts can be submitted from 31 March to 30 June 2014. Abstracts should be no more than 2000 words and in English. Guidelines and submissions at http://www.ice-conferences.com/coastal-management/
