We are delighted to announce that our 2026 Careers Day will be held at Burlington House in the heart of London's Piccadilly. Join us on Wednesday 4 November for a day full of opportunity for geoscience students, including information about the latest career developments and exciting opportunities.
This year’s event will see a revamped timetable with the overarching aim of creating more dedicated time throughout the day for attendees, sponsors and exhibitors to meet and engage with one another. These expanded sessions will provide the opportunity to have more in-depth and meaningful conversations, explore career pathways, learn about graduate placements and schemes, and build valuable professional connections with organisations across the geoscience sector.
As always, the day will include presentations from a wide array of early career industry professionals showcasing the pathways available to graduates within the Energy Transition and Geohazards, Geoengineering & Georesilience sectors. Helping you to better understand what’s on offer and find the one that fits you! In addition, the final session will focus on an employer’s perspective of the recruitment process. Outlining the key differences between smaller and larger organisations.
