Yes, we have two beautiful libraries licensed for marriages and civil partnership ceremonies.
Absolutely! We can provisionally hold a date for up to two weeks while you and your partner make the all-important decision. To secure your wedding date, a 50% deposit of the total hire fee will be required, with the remaining 50% due one month before your wedding day. We also recommend visiting the venue during this time to see the spaces in person.
Please note that dates are only confirmed once we receive your official confirmation.
Due to space restrictions, we’re usually unable to store items overnight, but we will always do our best to accommodate where we can.
Yes! For weekend weddings, you will have exclusive use of the venue, so you and your guests can enjoy the day entirely for yourselves.
Yes! We do work with a fantastic caterer, who is used to our venue and can create a bespoke menu to suit your requirements, but if you would prefer to bring your own catering team onsite, we would be happy to discuss options with you.

We have a list of trusted suppliers we’ve worked with on previous events and would be happy to provide recommendations. You’re also welcome to bring your own suppliers, but please note that all suppliers must hold valid public liability insurance ahead of your special day.
Westminster City Council is the local council for the venue. You’ll need to contact them directly to arrange the legal ceremony and obtain your marriage licence.
We do not have any accommodation on-site, but we can recommend several hotels within a short walking distance.
Yes, we do! As a Fellow, you can receive a 20% discount. This discount applies to all the Wedding Packages. The Fellow must be the bill payer.

Visitor AccessibilityFor safety reasons, naked flames are not permitted inside the venue. However, you’re very welcome to use LED candles, which can still create a lovely, warm and romantic atmosphere.
We do not allow confetti to be thrown inside the venue.
For safety reasons, we do not allow dry ice machines or smoke machines as they set off the smoke alarms.
