The conference will focus on the key themes of the Engineering Geology of the Energy Transition and will bring together practitioners and academics from our industry.

The conference will also be used as a launch for the Special Publication on 'Offshore Site Characterisation: Engineering Geology, Geomorphology and Geohazards (OEGGG)' by the Working Party of EGGS.

  • Registration to the conference
  • Accommodation for two nights at Christ's College (10 & 11 April)
  • Buffet dinner on 10 April and a banquet on 11 April

Sessions will focus on state-of-the-art approaches in engineering geology, including aspects of groundwater in engineering geology, advanced desk study, earthworks and routes to CGeol. This CPD training can be booked during registration for an additional £80 (which includes lunch and refreshments).
  • Field Trip to the North Norfolk Coast
