Role: Equivest Metals are building a repeatable discovery process and are at the cutting edge of mineral systems and exploration targeting workflows. Their generative projects cover more than a million square kilometres. They are looking for two geologists with 1 to 5 years of mineral exploration experience to join their team and help unlock the next discoveries.
What you will do:
- Build and test mineral systems models across whole basins, belts and cratons
- Consider different models and geological hypotheses, and decide which ones the data supports
- Work with uncertainty, data gaps and knowledge gaps, and still make strong geological calls
- Use AI tools every day to work faster and extract more insight from geological data
- Challenge the exploration status quo
