Print book orders
Our warehouse is open 3 days a week. The majority of orders are dispatched within 10 days of receipt, however please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be dispatched during busy periods (e.g. during and after an online bookshop sale or staff holidays).
Print books can be ordered via the online bookshop. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or AmEx.
Orders for sale titles must be placed on the online bookshop and paid by card within the sale dates.
To place an order at the "Other societies" member rate, please complete and submit the online order form. The reply email will include a link to pay securely online by Visa, MasterCard or AmEx (please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received a reply within 4 working days). Please see the help page for details of "Other societies" member types and applicable discounts.

Orders dispatched to customers outside Great Britain: Import taxes, duties and fees may be required by your in-country customs service prior to delivery. These fees must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local postal service if you experience a delay in receipt of your order. Orders are returned to us if the fees are not paid within the required period. EU VAT registered companies and institutions: please enter your VAT number in the relevant field during checkout. (Please also include your EORI number in the delivery address if you have one.)
