Post Meeting
Post-meeting field trips run from Wednesday, 7 November through Friday, 9 November.
Call for ticketed events - Response needed by 26 April. Please complete the attached form if you are submitting information for a ticketed event. A ticketed event is an event where people are charged to attend and the event is listed on the GSA meeting registration form. The event is usually a breakfast, lunch, dinner or reception and people are charged a ticket price to cover the cost of the meal or a portion of the meal cost. GSA will collect all fees and select the menu. Please note: If you are providing drink tickets for your event, which does not make it a ticketed event.
Submitting your event space request – deadline 6 June. To arrange for meeting rooms for business meetings, luncheons, receptions, etc. You must complete and submit the Event Space Request Form with payment, if needed. The event space request form is not necessary for official technical sessions. Please use this form for events you want included in the program book, mobile app or personal scheduler.
