The key theme of the 6th Operations Geoscience conference is to explore the role of Operational Geoscientists in the Energy Industry, from new and emerging opportunities from conventional exploration and production hydrocarbon wells to geothermal through to exploration of carbon injection and storage solutions as well as traditional roles in the decommissioning of current assets. From this we can plan for the future with increasing our understanding of where Operations Geoscientists will play a key role in the success of the evolving Energy Industry.

The organisers invite contributions within all aspects of Operation Geoscience with a preferred focus on the current and developing skills required for Operational Geoscientist now and in the future.

Suggested themes include: Decommissioning, Geothermal, PPFG, Geomechanics, Technological Advances.
