Neal Marriott (Director of Publishing)

Manages all aspects of the Society's publishing activities and is responsible for the Publishing House staff.

Julie Webster (Secretary)

Providing administrative support for all Publishing House staff. Dealing with telephone enquiries, visitors and general office activities. Julie works part-time.

Dawn Angel (Sales and Customer Services Supervisor)

Processing orders for books and non-member journals. Dealing with telephone, fax and email order enquiries. Overseeing warehouse.

Rebecca Toop (Sales Administrator)

Administration of online bookshop and Publishing House web pages. Processing orders for publications and dealing with customer enquiries.

 

Rick Floyd-Walker (Warehouseman)

Despatching of book and journal orders and organisation of the publications warehouse.

Jonathon Harrop (Warehouseman)

Despatching of book and journal orders and organisation of the publications warehouse.

Angharad Hills (Commissioning Editor/JGS Staff Editor)

Editorial management of the Journal of the Geological Society.
Commissioning and management of book proposals through to delivery of manuscript.
Permission requests and copyright issues.

Sarah Gibbs (Senior Production Editor)

Responsible for supplier liaison and for the publication of books and journals - specifically the Journal of Micropalaeontotogy.

Sally Oberst (Staff Editor)

Responsible for the publication of books and the journals: Petroleum Geoscience and Scottish Journal of Geology.

Helen Floyd-Walker (Staff Editor)

Responsible for the publication of books and the Quarterly Journal of Engineering Geology and Hydrogeology.

Jessica Pollitt (Staff Editor)

Responsible for the publication of books and the journals: Proceedings of the Yorkshire Geological Society, and Geochemistry: Exploration, Environment, Analysis.

Tamzin Anderson (Publishing Assistant)

Provides wide-ranging administrative support to the Senior Production Editor and other production staff.

Alison Tucker (Marketing Co-ordinator)

Alison Tucker is on maternity leave.

Samantha Kaye (Marketing Assistant, maternity cover)

Providing maternity cover for Alison Tucker, and is responsible for the fulfillment of the Society's plans for the promotion of its book and journal titles.
