Common e-journal access problems
Lyell Collection access problems
Offsite access to Lyell Collection journals is not administered by the Library. If you do not know your username or password, go to the Lyell Collection: Forgot Your User Name and/or Password page and follow the instructions. Contact the Geological Society Publishing House for other Lyell Collection queries.
Fogotten Athens passwords
Go to MyAthens: Login Help on the Athens website and follow the instructions for forgotten passwords, or ask the Serials Librarian for a new password.
Login not working

We might not have offsite access to that particular issue. If the Notes field of the journal's Library catalogue record says we do have offsite access to this issue, send details of the problem to the Serials Librarian for further investigation.

Login not working
- Passwords are case sensitive. Is the caps lock on?
- Are you using the right username/password fields? The ones that appear in the grey box on the ScienceDirect site are for their passwords only. You must click on "Athens login" to get to the Athens login page.
