William Smith maps and sections

Courtesy of the National Museum of Wales we can now make prints of the William Smith map of England and Wales from 1815 available.  This is available in 15 separate sections full-size or as a composite map at reduced scale.

There is also a composite reproduction of the 1820 edition of the same map along with the 1820 and 1840 editions of Greenough's map of England and Wales

Also courtesy of the National Museum of Wales, prints of a number of William Smith's county maps are also available including some not previous scanned.  We hope to have more of these online soon.

Finally pritns of the cross-sections produced by William Smith for England and Wales are also available.
