- 7 - 10 September 2008 - Fourth European Geosynthetics Conference (.pdf43 Kb) The conference was organised by the IGS UK Chapter under the auspices of IGS and with the support of the British Geotechnical Society, The Scottish Geotechnical Group, The Engineering Group of the Geological Society of London and The Ground Forum and comprised three days of parallel technical sessions, training courses and trade exhibition covered all aspects of the use of geosynthetics in civil engineering.
