Aims

The Southern Wales Regional aims to serve the geoscience community in South Wales through a programme of lectures, seminars, field trips and social events. Our members are a mixture of those working in industry, for regulators and in academia, and we aim to provide a wider range of lecture topics and events to reflect this variety.

We also look to engage with our next generation through the School Geology Challenge, Careers Evening and Early Career Geologist Award.

If you have any feedback, ideas for future events or want to get involved please contact us on swales.rg@geolsoc.org.uk
