In an evening of landslide talks, Prof Neil Dixon (Loughborough University) will talk about the development of an acoustic emission early warning system for slope stability, and Dr Mike Winter (Transport Research Laboratory) will discuss landslides in Scotland and how to determine a ranking of hazard locations.
No prior registration is required (although space at the venue is limited so you are recommended to arrive early in order to secure a seat). CPD certificates will be provided.
