This international conference presented state-of-the-art collaborative industry academia research and addressed a range of geoscience topics. The conference aimed to provide a forum for postgraduate research students to present their current work to potential future employers, whether directly affiliated with an industry sponsor or not. In turn, this conference provided an excellent opportunity for industry to inspire and meet the latest postgraduate output from academia from across the UK and internationally.
Themes included:
- Petrophysics, reservoir geology and geological modelling
- Clastic and carbonate sedimentology and stratigraphy
- Structural geology and basin evolution
- Application of seismic Interpretation in geological analysis
- Methods and impact of knowledge transfer between Academia and Industry
Seismic Interpretation workshop
