How to Submit a Proposal

All meeting proposals must be submitted to the Science Committee, which meets 3 times a year. Normally, proposals should be received at least 12 months prior to the proposed meeting date, but where there is good reason to arrange a meeting at short notice, Science Committee will do what it can to expedite the process.

Meeting Proposals should be submitted using the proposal form below, with an accompanying business plan (incorporating the budget template form below) and be emailed or posted to Georgina Worrall, Conference Office, The Geological Society, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, W1J 0BG.
