The Conference Office offers a wide range of event management services/support from venue searching to delegate registration.
Different levels of support are offered for meetings, and it is up to Convenors to select the level that is appropriate for the scale of meeting and type of audience that they are planning. Charges vary accordingly, so consult the Office for further details.

Event Management

- Organisation of Post-conference social activities
- Assistance with finding accommodation
- Venue search
- Assistance in attracting Exhibitors and Sponsors
- Organising and set-up of Poster board sessions
- Preparation and management of entire meeting budget
- Promotion of the meeting (marketing)
- Collation of Abstracts from meeting Convenors
- Overall production of the abstract book (working with GS Publishing House)
- Provision of refreshments during the day during breaks
