Use the list below to check whether or not you hold an accredited degree. This list includes all degree programmes both currently and formerly accredited and gives the graduation date range for accredited degrees.

This list is particularly relevant to Fellows interested in applying for either Chartered Geologist or Chartered Scientist as having an accredited degree reduces the amount of experience needed to apply for these qualifications.

To check if you have an accredited degree:

• Find your university in the list (the list is arranged alphabetically by university)
• See if your degree is listed
• The dates shown above the degree are the dates on which you must have graduated for this degree to be accredited. If no end date is shown, accreditation is continuing.
• For some degrees only a particular pathway is accredited. If your degree has the words (Accredited pathway) after it and you are not sure if you took the accredited pathway or not, please contact the School/Department from which you graduated or the Accreditation Officer, Colin Scrutton (Colin.Scrutton@dunelm.org.uk) who will be able to advise you.
