• All items listed on the online bookshop are physical products dispatched from our warehouse in Bath, UK. No online content is included with purchase of a physical product.

• If you do not receive an email order confirmation after placing your order please contact us.

• Please allow up to 10 days for book orders to be dispatched (up to 3 weeks during and after an online bookshop sale).
• Orders dispatched to customers outside Great Britain: Import taxes, duties and fees may be required by your in-country customs service prior to delivery. These fees must be paid by the recipient. EU VAT registered companies and institutions - please enter your VAT number in the relevant field during checkout. Please also include your EORI number in the delivery address if you have one.
