Library and Information Services
Welcome to one of the finest Earth Science libraries in the world. The Library contains over 300,000 volumes of books and serials and 40,000 maps, making it a collection of national importance covering all aspects of the geological sciences.
The Library's dedicated staff are available to assist you with all your information needs. See Library Services for information on accessing e-journals from anywhere in the world, borrowing books and maps by post, ordering a literature search of databases, visiting the archive and more. With comfortable study space and WiFi throughout, the Library offers perfect surroundings for research in the heart of London.
