Every year we hold an informal evening of short talks for early career geoscientists (industry and academy) to showcase their work.  This is a really good forum to get feedback prior to a conference presentation or your chartership application (all chartership applications include a 15 minute presentation to scrutineers).  So whether you want to test out a talk, support your peers or provide feedback as an experienced practitioner this is a great event.

There is a small prize for the best talk and the opportunity (if eligible) to go forward to the national Early Careers competition.

If you are interested in giving a talk please send expressions of interest to the SW Regional Group or the Sarah Boulton by 31 January.
