The Northern Ireland Regional Group present their Inaugural Lecture by Professor Paul Younger DL, FREng, FGS, FIChemE, FICE

About the Speaker: Professor Paul Younger

Paul Younger, Professor of Energy Engineering at Glasgow University, is a leader in the field of geothermal energy development and the efficient use of fossil fuels. He was a member of the Royal Society/Royal Academy of Engineering panel that in 2012 published a major report on shale gas and is Chair of the Advisory Committee of the British Geological Survey. No stranger to Northern Ireland, Paul spoke at the All Party Group meeting on renewable energy at Stormont in 2013. 

The Lecture will be followed by a Reception.
