Call for Entries
The Scottish Geotechnical Group of the ICE and the Central Scotland Regional Group (CSRG) of the Geological Society of London are jointly hosting a poster competition in Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology. Entry is open to ground engineering professionals, including research students.
Entrants should be early career (between graduation and chartership) and only one person may enter on each poster.
A prize will be awarded to the winner plus annual possession of an engraved trophy commemorating the event. In addition, all competitors will receive a prize.
The format for the competition is in two stages comprising display of a poster whilst answering informal questions from the judges followed by a 10 minute presentation of the poster with a 5 minute question/answer session.
