2, 3 or 5-day Geochemistry and Basin Modelling courses to be held in London, UK from Monday 06 to Friday 10 October 2014
The 2-day Introductory Geochemistry course is aimed at people in the petroleum industry with little or no prior geochemical knowledge, but who perhaps have the need to understand geochemical reports, or work with basic geochemical data.
The 3-day Advanced Geochemistry course is intended for petroleum geoscientists with some basic geochemical knowledge (e.g. our Basic Geochemistry course) but who wish to understand higher level geochemical reports, particularly those involving molecular data (e.g. biomarkers), or to begin to make interpretations of such data themselves.
The 3-day Basin Modelling course is aimed at petroleum geoscientists who wish to begin using basin modelling software in their work. The course is not designed as training in a particular software package, but covers the principles and practice of basin modelling, and is thus appropriate for different brands of modelling software.
